Brancatta Farms

I first contacted Audra about the Newfoundland breed. She was very prompt in answering all my questions prior to even looking at her available litter. When we were set that a Newfoundland would be a good fit for us, she sent us pictures of the puppies. The most difficult was deciding which male Landseer to choose. We decided on Cabot, first named Quincy. Once we had Cabot, I constantly emailed and call Audra about questions ranging from grooming to nutrition. Again, she answered every question thoroughly and concise.

Cabot has been a true blessing in our lives. He accompanies me to work each day. We keep a jar of treats in the lobby in which Cabot demands all my clients give to him before passing any further. We have found more clients like stopping by just to see him and I have several that will take him for a walk. He is wonderful with babies and older clients that stop in. Several nights a week, Cabot accompanies me to soccer practice where he gets plenty of exercise chasing down siblings who are out there watching the practice. On the weekends, Cabot and I spend Saturday and Sunday mornings at the Fort Desoto Dog Beach followed by brunch. There is a restaurant that serves a “dog and human” brunch special. Cabot and I are regulars there on the weekends and we have joined a group of 7 other people that engage in this same tradition.

I look forward to many more special memories. All this is an attribute to Audra and her dedication to the Newfoundland breed. Audra is absolutely correct when she states about breeding quality and not size. Audra will be the only person I will contact when I decide to get another Newfoundland.

Dutch, born 11/05, is the absolute best dog ever…he is gentle and loyal.  He is the most lovable pet you can imagine.  I have often thought he would be a great companion for someone who lived alone because he is just so loving.  Dutch turns heads everywhere we go because he is so gorgeous and I haven’t met a person or dog who doesn’t love him!  Audra - you are doing something right because your Newfs are the best!
